Start consuming full-fat milk, which has been associated with healthy ovulation and a lower incidence of ovarian dysfunction. Low-fat milk can increase ovulatory dysfunction.

Have a protein-rich diet. Try to get protein from meat and vegetables. Avoid animal protein, since it can increase the risk of infertility.

Consuming soy can also increase female fertility. Whereas men should avoid soy as it can lead to lower sperm count.

Include dark leafy green vegetables in your diet to increase the sperm count and enhance ovulation.

Men must add walnuts to their daily diet.

Both men and women should eat beans.

Avoid having trans fat, since they are associated with a high risk of fertility. Avoid having highly processed foods and hydrogenated oils.
